Idea
We focussed on a campaign to eradicate unsightly tan-lines and show our client’s innovative new fabric which meant you could tan all over without being naked.
Results
The campaign worked because we kept it simple with clear, no nonsense messaging. The media loved it. Consumer pick-up included The Sun, Daily Mail, The Telegraph, The Express and Glamour magazine.
Trade coverage included titles such as Lingerie Buyer and Fibre2Fashion.com.
We also went international with the story gaining coverage in Australia in The Telegraph, Sunday Age, National Arts & Life and Zoo Weekly magazine.
The story helped the Staffordshire-based company, established in 1976 and one of the first e-commerce pioneers in 1996, to successfully announce its launch into the womenswear market. It produced a sales surge online and opened up a raft of enquiries from potential new trade partners.
